What is a Foot Health Practitioner?

A Foot Health Practitioner (FHP) plays an important role in providing essential foot care and maintaining overall foot health. They commonly attend to everyday concerns such as nail cutting and maintenance, treatment of corns, calluses, and dry skin, as well as offering conservative treatments for fungal nails and verrucae. They can also provide helpful advice on selecting well-fitting footwear.

With their foundational training and experience, FHPs are well placed to spot early signs of potential issues or areas of concern.
