Warm wax therapy provides a gentle, therapeutic heat treatment that helps improve circulation, relax muscles and joints, and deeply hydrate the skin. When the warm wax is applied, it increases blood flow to the area, easing stiffness and discomfort often associated with arthritis or poor circulation. The wax also forms a barrier that allows moisture to penetrate deeply into the skin, leaving the feet soft, smooth, and nourished.
This treatment is especially beneficial for individuals with dry or cracked skin, joint pain, or general foot fatigue, promoting both comfort and improved foot health.
Warm wax therapy begins with a gentle cleansing of the feet to remove any surface oils or impurities. A nourishing layer of warm paraffin wax is then applied — either by brushing, dipping, or wrapping — to evenly coat the skin. The wax is maintained at a comfortable, therapeutic temperature to ensure both safety and relaxation.
Once applied, the feet are covered with a protective wrap or booties to retain the heat. Over several minutes, the warmth helps to increase local blood circulation, relax muscles and joints, and open pores, allowing deep moisturisation of the skin.
After the wax has cooled and solidified slightly, it is carefully removed, taking with it dead skin cells and leaving the feet feeling soft, smooth, and rejuvenated. The result is improved skin texture, reduced stiffness, and a soothing sense of relief — making it an ideal complementary treatment for patients with dry skin, arthritis, or circulatory issues.
